NOTE After replacement of the krylchaty pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering, the compressor of climatic installation or an arm of the pump of the hydraulic booster and the compressor of climatic installation it is necessary to execute as follows check of pulleys of a belt drive on a distortion to avoid damage of a poliklinovy belt.

Remove a remenny pulley of the krylchaty pump of the hydraulic booster.

Remove a poliklinovy belt.

To remove by-pass a roller 1 (fig. 2.6) .

To put a template 3201 to a belt pulley of the compressor of climatic installation.

NOTE The pulley of the compressor of climatic installation should coincide with a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

If belt pulleys do not coincide level distance of pulleys compensatory washers the in thickness 0,6; 0,8; 1,0; 1,2 and 1,4 mm (fig. 2.7) .

In summary check coaxiality of pulleys by means of a template 3201.

Establish by-pass a roller. Inhaling moment: 25 N · m.

Establish a poliklinovy belt.

Tighten fixing bolts of a belt pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster with the moment of an inhaling of 22 N · m.
