NOTE If the plastic sealing flange is established, the epiploon separately is not replaced – the sealing flange should be replaced.

Removal

Bring a radiator frame into service situation.

Remove poliklinovy a belt.

Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations. For this purpose fix a damper of krutilny fluctuations by means of a key for T10069 fixing.

Insert T20143/1 hook, as is shown in drawing 2.48 , under a working edge of an epiploon.

To Oboprita a hook – T20143/1 – on a flange, hook an epiploon in the direction of an arrow and remove it.

Installation

Remove the oil remains on мыске a cranked shaft with pure rags.

Get directing plug 1 (T10215/1) in front on мысок the crankshaft.

Then accurately get an epiploon 2 over the directing plug as it is possible more deeply.

Against the stop press an epiploon by means of an opravka of 3 (T10215/2). For this purpose use an old fixing bolt 4 dampers of krutilny fluctuations (fig. 2.49) .

NOTE It is necessary to replace a fixing bolt of a damper of krutilny fluctuations.

Tighten a fixing bolt by means of a dinamometrichesky key of V.A.G 1601.

Establish a damper of krutilny fluctuations and fix it a key for T10069 fixing.

Tighten a new fixing bolt with the moment of an inhaling of 100 N · m + 1/4 turns (90 °).

Establish poliklinovy a belt.
