Works order

ATTENTION At any installation works, in particular in a motor compartment because of dense configuration, it is necessary to consider the following: – (for example fuel, hydraulic, an absorber with absorbent carbon, systems of cooling, central air contour, pipelines of brake system, vacuum hoses), and also electric wires it is necessary to lay highways of all types how they were laid initially. Provide free space for all mobile and hot components.

NOTE Chains of a drive of cam-shafts can be removed only at the removed engine. The following operations begin at the disassembled engine. Thus, there is a possibility to begin adjustment from the corresponding place depending on that, the engine is how disassembled.

Establish a roller chain and a natyazhitel of a chain of an intermediate shaft with a tension level.

Adjust position of the crankshaft in relation to an intermediate shaft. For this purpose ground tooth of a leading asterisk of B should coincide with a bearing joint of «cylinder 1 VMT» (fig. 2.70) .

Establish both bolts without fillets for fastening of a directing level 2 and tighten them the moment of 10 N · m.

NOTE If the roller chain was already used earlier, it is necessary to take into consideration the specified direction of rotation.

Establish directing level 2 with a roller chain 1 and both asterisks of a chain 3 and 4. The mark in an asterisk of the 4th roller chain should settle down coaxially with a notch of C or D on an adjusting washer of an intermediate shaft (fig. 2.70) .

At installation it is necessary to track that the roller moved in a directing level from the crankshaft to an intermediate shaft without any sagging.

Manually screw asterisks of a chain 3 and 4 on an intermediate shaft.

NOTE Pay attention to need of replacement of all bolts of fastening of asterisks.

Establish on the opposite side a natyazhitel of a chain.

Unblock blocking gear gearing of a natyazhitel of a chain of A by means of a small screw-driver and press a tension level to a natyazhitel of a chain.

In this situation establish a natyazhitel of a chain and to fasten it the moment of 8 N · m.

Fix a damper of krutilny fluctuations by means of a key for T10069 fixing.

Tighten a new fixing bolt of asterisks 3 and 4 for a chain drive of an intermediate shaft with the moment of an inhaling of 60 N · m + 1/4 about. (90 °).

Remove T10069 countersupport.

Once again check position of the crankshaft B in relation to an intermediate shaft C or D (fig. 2.70) .

Again bring the engine into situation VMT цил. 1.

Establish a roller chain of a drive of a cam-shaft.

Bring the established cam-shafts into GBTs in situation VMT цил. 1.

NOTE If necessary turn cam-shafts a wrench 32 in the correct situation. The ruler for cam-shafts of T10068 A should not be thus enclosed in flutes.
