Removal
Remove the shumoizolyatsionny screen.
Remove a gear belt.
Unscrew the central bolt 2 of a gear wheel of a drive of a gear belt on the crankshaft 1 and remove a gear wheel from a shatunny neck of the crankshaft.
Then remove an epiploon by means of T20143/1 hook.

Remove a persistent ring from a shatunny neck of the crankshaft and mark a persistent ring on the face party

with a waterproof felt-tip pen.
Installation
Remove the oil remains on a shatunny neck of a cranked shaft and a persistent ring by means of pure rags.
Press a new epiploon against the stop by means of T40007 opravka
(fig. 2.98)

Turn a persistent ring and put on it a shatunny neck of the crankshaft so that the mark left a felt-tip pen, indicated the engine.
Establish a gear wheel of a belt drive on the crankshaft and fasten it a new central bolt.
Inhaling moment: 200 N · m + 1/2 turns. (180 °).
Establish a gear belt.
Establish a poliklinovy belt.
Establish the forward shumoizolyatsionny screen.
