Removal
Remove the engine.
Separate the engine and a transmission.
Remove a leading disk.
Remove the oil pallet.
Remove old laying.
Installation
Clear landing surfaces of a flange and the block of cylinders.
On them there should not be an oil and greasings.

NOTE
In the description of works provided below the sealing ring is represented without a flange.
In case of repair it is necessary to replace a flange complete with a sealing ring. For installation use the basic plug entering into a set.

Remove the oil remains on a shatunny neck of a cranked shaft by means of pure rags.
Establish new laying 1 on the driven plugs in the block of cylinders
(fig. 2.104)
. Put on a sealing ring together with a flange And its outer side via the T10122/1 plug the long T10122/2 plug.
Disconnect both assembly plugs.
Then put on the long T10122/2 plug with a dry sealing ring a shatunny neck of a cranked shaft
(fig. 2.105)
. Fasten a flange to the block of cylinders. Inhaling moment: 10 N · m.
Establish the oil pallet.
Establish a leading disk.
Establish the engine.
