Works order
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.
Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations.

NOTE
At dismantle of an epiploon watch that the landing surface was not damaged.

Carefully remove an old sealing ring by means of T20143/2 stripper
(fig. 2.174)
. Remove the oil remains on a shatunny neck of a cranked shaft by means of pure rags.

NOTE
Remove a basic ring from an epiploon directly ahead of installation.
|
Connect the assembly T10196/1 plug and the assembly T10196/2 plug. Dress an epiploon And against the stop on the assembly T10196/2 plug
(fig. 2.175)
. Separate assembly plugs.
Establish the assembly T10196/2 plug together with an epiploon on sealing laying of a cranked shaft and tighten bolts with a nakatanny head And by hand
(fig. 2.176)
. Press an epiploon by means of the assembly T1096/3 plug against the stop.
Further installation is carried out in return sequence.
