NOTE
After each removal of a tooth gearing at assembly it is necessary to check and if necessary to regulate position of pistons the pump nozzles.

NOTE
Working process described below and the represented components are given for cylinders of the first row. Differences from the second row of cylinders are insignificant and the description do not demand.

Removal
Dismantle the engine and a transmission.
Remove a zaslonka of an inlet branch pipe and a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine соотв. cylinder.
Dismantle a sound-proof cover and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders of the corresponding head of the block.
Check working surfaces of an axis of shaking levers on existence of wear tracks or damages.
Disconnect a water pipe under the tandemny and fuel pump.
Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations.
Use T10172 countersupport with T10172/1 bolts.
Fasten a stopper of a cranked shaft of T10195 to an end face of a cranked shaft. Thus watch the provision of an adjusting pin.

After that carefully rotate a cranked shaft while the ledge of a stopper of a cranked shaft of T10195 will not get to calibration openings (fig. 2.185) .
Dismantle the corresponding pump.
1st number of cylinders: tandemny pump.
2nd number of cylinders: fuel pump.
Disconnect submitting oil highway to a turbonagnetatel.

Insert T10211 key, as is shown in drawing 2.186 , and weaken an adapterny ring of the central socket the pump nozzles.
Remove the Hall sensor G40 With (only for the 1st number of cylinders).
Dismantle an external cover of a support And, establish the tightening T10199 adaptation on a gear wheel of a camshaft and tighten device bolts since the moments of 40 N · m.

Weaken a fixing bolt In camshaft gear wheels by means of a face nozzle of T10198 and unscrew together with the driving mechanism of the pump of tandemny type (fig. 2.187) .
Weaken bolts of the tightening T10199 adaptation and remove it.

Unscrew the compensatory piston In a demountable axis of a compensatory slip (fig. 2.188) .
Turn off from T10055 stripper a demountable head the pump nozzle.

Twirl T10055 stripper how it is shown in drawing 2.189 , in directing axis, carefully tapping, take an axis in the arrow direction.

Take external (on the check point party) a compensatory slip from its nest. If necessary shift it easy blows of a plastic hammer (fig. 2.190) .
Take a camshaft gear wheel.
Now take a compensatory gear wheel and an internal compensatory slip.

Remove a diamond washer from the cam-shaft console (fig. 2.191) .

Installation
Clear contact surfaces of covers of bearings of the hermetic remains.
Oil directing surfaces of the plug of a compensatory slip.

NOTE
At appreciable extra earnings or existence of deposits on a directing surface of plugs of compensatory slips it is necessary to replace them surely.

Hook internal (on the engine party) on a compensatory slip And in the beginning below (if necessary to direct a finger through an opening in the compensatory piston) and in summary pull above over the plug (fig. 2.192) .
Establish a new diamond washer on the cam-shaft console.

Bring the bottom compensatory slip (on the check point party) into situation and establish a compensatory gear wheel in a phase (fig. 2.193) in the check point direction.

At installation turn a camshaft gear wheel so that marking (fig. 2.194) on a driving gear wheel coincided with the upper edge of a landing surface.
Fix knot, having carefully inserted (whenever possible, with uniform force) a hand a lock axis.

ATTENTION
There is a danger of that the slip from the block of gear wheels can slip on one side and will not put on on directing axis, or at a zadviganiye of an axis there will be a distortion.

Insert directing plug into a compensatory slip on the check point party.
Carefully take a lock axis. Be thus convinced that already adjusted compensatory slips remained in the correct situation.
Establish a compensatory slip on the check point party an inscription to a check point. If necessary prop up it in easy blows of a plastic hammer on directing plug.
Check correctness of landing of compensatory slips a finger through an opening of the compensatory piston.

The compensatory gear wheel should be отцентрована so that openings on four slips and on a gear wheel coincided with each other (fig. 2.195) .
