Works order
Dismantle the engine and a transmission.
Dismantle the fuel pump and the pump of tandemny type from heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove sound insulation and casings from heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove a sound-proof cover and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Rotate the engine by means of T10172 countersupport while at least one stopper of a camshaft will not be established.

Establish on a gear wheel of the fixed camshaft the tightening T10199 adaptation and will twist a bolt of a gear wheel of a camshaft. Now the gear wheel freely rotates on a camshaft (fig. 2.197) .
If only one stopper of a camshaft was established:
Rotate an engine shaft by means of T10172 countersupport while the clamp of a camshaft of other number of cylinders will not be established.
Establish the tightening T10199 adaptation on a gear wheel of a camshaft and Turn off a gear wheel bolt. Now the gear wheel freely rotates on a camshaft.
Remove a damper of krutilny fluctuations. Use T10172 countersupport with T10172/1 bolts.

Fasten a stopper of a cranked shaft of T10195 to an end face of a cranked shaft. Thus watch the provision of an adjusting pin (fig. 2.199) .
After that carefully rotate a cranked shaft while the ledge of a stopper of a cranked shaft of T10195 will not get to calibration openings.
Establish T10199/1 clip how it is shown in drawing 2.199 , and tighten tightening bolts of the tool with the moment of 70 N · m.

Establish a dinamometrichesky key (40–200 N · м) V. A. G 1332 in a tetrahedron of the tightening tool also press with effort of 80 N · m against the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine to eliminate люфт a tooth gearing (fig. 2.200) .
Number of cylinders 1: in the arrow direction.
Number of cylinders 2: against the arrow direction.
Without weakening pressure, tighten fixing bolts of a gear wheel of a camshaft by means of a face nozzle of T10198 since the moments of 50 N · m.
Remove the tightening T10199/1 adaptation.
Establish the tightening adaptation – T10199 on a camshaft gear wheel.

NOTE
Watch that the tightening T10199 adaptation reliably sat on a head of the block of cylinders.
Tighten bolts of the tightening T10199 adaptation with the moment of 40 N · m.
Then tighten a camshaft gear wheel by means of a face nozzle of T10198. Inhaling moment: 150 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 turns (90 °).
Remove the tightening T10199 adaptation.
Remove stoppers with distributive and cranked in bulk.
Make two turns of a cranked shaft in the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine while the cranked shaft again will not rise in the provision of a dead point of the first cylinder.
Use stoppers of distributive and cranked shaft at the same time.
