NOTE If the contour of ATF was open, in the beginning it is necessary to pump out air from ATF contour. Only after that check level of ATF oil and if necessary add.

NOTE When using old system for the gulf ATF V.A.G 1924 reduce a hook on width by 20 mm. Only then it is possible to insert a hook into an opening for control of level of ATF. Remove agnails and clear a hook after cutting.

Short description

Level of ATF is checked at the working engine and at a certain temperature of ATF oil. The temperature of ATF is requested by a tester – VAS 5051B. At achievement of the necessary temperature the stopper for control of level of ATF in the oil pallet is turned off.

At a lack of ATF of a transmission it does not follow from a control opening – it is necessary add ATF.

At surplus of ATF in a transmission merge surpluses of ATF.

At appropriate level of ATF a little ATF oil from a control opening flows down.

Fasten after check ATF stopper with a new epiploon and tighten.

ATTENTION The wrong level of ATF negatively affects work to a transmission.
