Removal of a nave of a wheel with the bearing

At first remove a power shaft.

Strong fasten the top lever of a suspension bracket to the case of the bearing of a wheel.

Fix a brake disk a wheel bolt (fig. 4.76) .

Remove a support and suspend on a wire to a body.

Remove a brake disk and a guard.

Rasklipsuyte wire of the sensor of frequency of rotation.

Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation of ABS system.

Fasten T10205/12 captures by means of wheel bolts to a wheel nave.

Wheel bolts 2 should not act on the back party of captures (fig. 4.77) .

Establish tools, as is shown in drawing 4.78 .

Wheel bolts should be visible about a crossing point 1.

Extend a wheel nave with the bearing, thus strong to hold the adaptation.

To connect a manometer with the VAS 6179/1 pipeline between the hydraulic VAS 6178 cylinder and the VAS 6178 hydrocylinder pipeline (fig. 4.78) .

The values of pressure specified below, belong only to the VAS 6178 hydrocylinder.

Before the completion of process of a press fitting the manometer should show pressure in the range from 90 to the 140th bar.

The maximum pressure at a press fitting should not exceed the 310th bar.

To press a wheel nave against the stop.

Clear shlitsa of a power shaft.

Establish a power shaft

Further installation is carried out in return sequence.
