Remove a wall from a water taking away box.

Put in water taking away box in the field of the main brake cylinder enough of not leaving fibers of rags.

Pump out the greatest possible amount of brake liquid by means of the device for filling and VAS 5234 or adaptation pumping for pumping out of V.A.G liquid 1869/4 of a tank of brake liquid.

Remove the tip from the sensor of the precautionary indicator of a float.

Remove the tip from the pressure sensor in brake system.

At cars with a mechanical transmission remove a hose of the main cylinder of coupling and close a cap.

Remove a tank of brake liquid. For this purpose wring out outside clamps on a tank and at the same time take out a tank from a cap.

Take the brake pipeline in front at the left from the holder on the main brake cylinder.

Turn off brake tubes from the main brake cylinder, close brake tubes by means of caps of 1H0 698 311 A from a repair set.

Turn off nuts on the main brake cylinder.

Carefully remove the main brake cylinder from the amplifier of brakes.

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence.

At installation pay attention to the next moments.

At assembly of the main brake cylinder and the amplifier of brakes watch the correct landing of a press bar in the main brake cylinder.

Whether the sealing ring between the main brake cylinder and the amplifier of brakes settles down.

Pump over brake system.

After pumping of brake system it is necessary to execute base setup of the sensor of pressure in brake system G201.
