Removal

Remove the engine.

Remove the right turbonagnetatel.

Open buttons and remove a thermal insulation of the magnetic switch (fig. 7.40) .

Fasten a shipping eye T10126 1 by means of a bolt M8х40 2 in a back part to the right GBTs (fig. 7.42) .

ATTENTION The thorn of a shipping plate should get when fastening to a special opening of the holder fixed on the engine.

Fasten a shipping eye of T10126/1 1 by means of a bolt M8х40 2 in front to the left GBTs (fig. 7.43) .

ATTENTION The thorn of a shipping plate should get when fastening to a special opening of the holder fixed on the engine.

Suspend the adaptation for posting 3033 to the VAS 6100 crane.

Suspend shipping eyes of T10126 and T10126/1 to the adaptation for posting 3033.

Lift the engine by means of the VAS 6100 crane.

Turn off 4 fixing bolts of M10х95 of the right support of the engine and remove the right support (fig. 7.44) .

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.

Tighten connections with the ordered moment of an inhaling (see tab. 7.2).
