Remove a hose of a fence of air 1 from the air filter.
Vstavteadapter 1687/10 in a sleeve of an air inlet 1 and to fix it a collar.

Prepare a tester of systems of pressurization of V.A.G 1687 for check performance (fig. 2.223) .

Completely unscrew a regulator of pressure 2 and to block valves 3 and 4 (fig. 2.224) .

For rotation of a regulator of pressure 2 it should be extended the handle up.

Connect a tester for systems of a turbo-supercharging of V.A.G 1687, as is shown in drawing 2.223 .
Connect to a source of the compressed air 1 (to the highway or the compressor) a tester of systems of pressurization of V.A.G 1687.

If in a modular glass there is a water, to merge it through a drainage stopper 6.

Open the valve 3.
By means of a regulator 2 establish pressure 0,5 bar.

The maximum pressure should not exceed 0,5 bar. More high pressure can cause engine damage.

Open the valve 4 and wait, while the contour will be filled with the compressed air. If necessary again establish a regulator pressure 0,5 bar.
Carry out search of a leakage listening and carrying out a hand near suspicious places. Besides it is possible to use an aerosol for search of leaks or the device for catching of ultrasonic noise of V.A.G 1842.

Insignificant thinnesses are admissible in the field of absorption of a turbonagnetatel as soaking-up hoses are not calculated on superfluous pressure.
The small volume of air gets via valves to the engine. For this reason check of residual pressure is impossible.

At elimination of the found leakage observe instructions on carrying out installation works in pressurization system.
Before demontazhy adapters dump pressure in a contour, having removed the coupling from the adapter 1687/10.

Installation of shlangovy connections with shtutserny sockets

The sealing ring of the shtutserny socket can be damaged, if the bracket clamp at installation is in the provision of blocking. As a result there is a leakage. Observe instructions on installation.

The Shtutserny socket can be unblocked, having pulled a bracket clamp (fig. 2.225) . To disconnect a hose / tube follows without any supportive applications.

At replacement of a sealing ring lay a ring in a hose flute for nadduvochny air. Pay attention to that the ring completely sat in a flute.
Slightly grease a working edge of a sealing ring with engine oil.
Bring a bracket clamp into the provision of an unblocking 1.
Вдавитешланг supply of nadduvochny air against the stop in the socket.

Priveditefiksatorny bracket into the provision of blocking 2 also press a hose once again, finally (fig. 2.226) .
By a pulling check correctness of landing and reliability of fixing of a hose in the coupling.

Check the case of the air filter, a filtroelement and inlet hoses on existence of pollution.

If on a turbonagnetatel mechanical defects are revealed, for example, the defective driving wheel, the turbonagnetatel is not enough to replace only. In order to avoid emergence of the subsequent defects carry out the following works.

Check all knot of supply of nadduvochny air and a cooler of nadduvochny air on existence of extraneous subjects.
At their identification it is necessary to clean all knot of supply of nadduvochny air and a cooler of nadduvochny air, if necessary, to replace.

All shlangovy connections should be fixed.
The system of pressurization should be tight.
It is necessary to replace being self-stopped nuts.
Before fastening of the oil submitting highway fill in engine oil in the connecting union of a turbonagnetatel.
After installation of a turbonagnetatel let's work to the engine about 1 mines on idling turns. Do not increase turns sharply right after engine start. It guarantees greasing of a turbonagnetatel.
Observe security measures.
Observe norms of maintenance of purity.
