Gulf
As a concentrate of cooling liquid use only means of G 12 on norm of TL – VW of 774 F is allowed. Characteristic sign: lilac color
G 12 and concentrates with a mark «according to TL – VW of 774 F» interfere with freezing of cooling liquid, formation of corrosion and a scum. Besides, they increase temperature of boiling of cooling liquid. Therefore during the whole year in system of cooling the anticorrosive concentrate should work interfering freezing and formation of corrosion.
Especially in the countries with tropical climate at high loads of the engine cooling liquid with the increased temperature of boiling reliably protects the engine at operation.
The temperature of freezing of cooling liquid should make not less than-25 °C (in the countries with the Arctic climate – not less than-35 °C).
It is forbidden to reduce also a share of a concentrate in cooling liquid in a warm season or at operation in the countries with warm climate, adding in cooling system water. The share of a concentrate should make not less than 40 %.
If because of climatic conditions the temperature of freezing has to be lowered, it is possible to increase a share of a concentrate of G 12, but no more than to 60 % (the temperature of freezing will make in that case about-40 °C). At excess of this limit the freezing temperature will raise again, and the thermal capacity of cooling liquid, besides, will decrease.
At replacement of a radiator, the heat exchanger of a heater, GBTs or GBTs laying the reuse of the merged cooling liquid is forbidden.
For determination of temperature of freezing of cooling liquid it is recommended to use рефрактометр T10007.

Fill in cooling liquid by means of the adaptation for filling of system of cooling of VAS 6096.
