Removal
Merge cooling liquid.
Remove hoses of system of cooling from unions.
Disconnect the tip from the sensor of temperature of cooling G62 liquid.
Unscrew fixing bolts of the union of system of cooling.

Push connectors of cylinders in the arrow direction in the union of system of cooling 1 (fig. 2.246) .

Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.
Replace consolidations 2 and sealing rings.
Tighten fixing bolts of the union of system of cooling 1 with the moment of 8 N · m.
Fill in cooling liquid.
