Removal
Disconnect wires from joint stock bank.

NOTE
Surely observe works order.

Disconnect vacuum hoses 1–3 from an inlet collector (see fig. 2.300 ).
Cars with an alphabetic reference of the BAA and BMX engine
In addition remove a vacuum hose 4 from an inlet collector.
Continuation for all cars

Disconnect a hose from the pump of secondary air (fig. 2.301) .
Completely remove the case of the air filter.
Remove an inlet collector.
Then turn off the filter together with a support of an inlet collector from a head of the block of cylinders.

Disconnect tips 1. The 4th lambda probes and расклипсовать wires from holders (fig. 2.302) .
Unscrew a lambda probes on catalysts, using a set of wrenches for a lambda probes 3337.
Lift the car on the lift.
Turn off fixing nuts of a flange of the main catalyst.
Then turn off an arm on a transmission.
Further turn off a flange to a final collector.
Remove a final collector.
Accurately take a reception pipe with catalysts.
Installation
Level final system so that between a transmission and a stretcher remained rather free space.
Further installation and assembly is carried out in return to sequence removal.

NOTE
At installation of reception pipes check density of flange connection after the catalyst. The connection thinness in this place is at the bottom of section of the fulfilled gases. Because of it external air gets to a lambda probe after the catalyst, and the lambda regulation is broken.
