ATTENTION Disconnected stabilizers before the beginning of works are necessary for including. Otherwise inadvertent turning on of stabilizers can lead to a trauma.

At first remove a power shaft.

Fix a brake disk a wheel bolt (fig. 4.76) .

Remove a support and suspend on a wire to a body

Remove a brake disk.

Rasklipsuyte wire of the sensor of frequency of rotation.

Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation of ABS system.

Remove cables of the parking brake from the case of the bearing of a nave

Remove blocks of the parking brake

Fasten T10205/12 captures by means of wheel bolts to a wheel nave.

Wheel bolts 2 should not act on the back party of captures of T10205/12 (fig. 4.77) .

Establish tools, as is shown in drawing 4.78 .

Extend a wheel nave with the bearing, thus strong hold the adaptation.

Press fitting of a nave of a wheel with the bearing

Establish tools, as is shown in drawing 4.78 .

Connect a manometer with the VAS 6179/1 pipeline between the hydraulic VAS 6178 cylinder and the VAS 6178 hydrocylinder pipeline.

The values of pressure specified below, belong only to the VAS 6178 hydrocylinder.

Before the completion of process of a press fitting the manometer should show pressure in the range from 90 to the 140th bar.

The maximum pressure at a press fitting should not exceed the 310th bar.

Press a wheel nave against the stop.

Establish a power shaft.

Further installation is carried out in return sequence.
