NOTE Check factors which influence adjustment of headlights, if necessary – adjust headlights.

NOTE To disconnect weight from the storage battery not obligatory.

In drawings it is shown removal and installation of the left headlight.

Removal

Switch off ignition and all electric consumers, take the ignition key.

Press a headlight.

Turn a fiksatorny bolt in the direction the arrows Open (sticker) resistance (fig. 7.89) will not be felt yet .

NOTE Turn a bolt, without applying force, differently there is a risk to break the clamp mechanism. The headlight is pushed out forward.

Pull a headlight from a niche in a wing, the emphasis will not be felt yet.

Hold a lock bracket 1 in the pressed situation, take a headlight from body cut (fig. 7.90) .

Installation

Establish a headlight in the directing.

NOTE In the directing there should not be pollution.

Whether check densely the tip 1 in headlight fastening is fixed before inserting a headlight in directing (fig. 7.91) .

Accurately push a headlight in body cut.

NOTE "Accurate" click should be audible. It means that the lock bracket is fixed.

Turn a fiksatorny bolt in the direction the arrows Close (sticker) resistance (fig. 7.89) will not be felt yet .

Slightly press on a headlight and turn a bolt further in the direction the arrows Close (sticker).

The fixing bracket should be latched with clearly audible click.

Check headlight installation on identical lateral gaps.

In case between a headlight and a body non-uniform, the provision of a headlight is necessary to modify gaps.

Check headlight work, including all its functions.

Check control of headlights, if necessary – adjust.
