NOTE In drawings the left headlight is represented. If at verification of the provision of a headlight after its installation non-uniform gaps between a headlight and a body are found, it is necessary to modify its situation.

Switch off ignition and all electric consumers, take the ignition key.

Remove a casing of a front bumper

Unscrew fixing bolts of a directing profile of a casing of a bumper 1 (fig. 7.92) .

Remove directing profile of a casing of a bumper 1.

Weaken two lobbies fixing a bolt so that fastening together with a headlight freely moved in adjusting plugs (fig. 7.93) .

Adjust gaps, turning off or twisting adjusting plugs (fig. 7.94) .

Twirl bolts of fastening of a forward headlight with the ordered moment of an inhaling

Again check the provision of a headlight and if necessary to modify gaps.

Establish directing profile of the top panel of a bumper.

Establish a casing of a front bumper

Check headlight work, including all its functions.

NOTE After installation of a headlight or its adjustment to a body always it is necessary to carry out its adjustment. Check control of headlights, if necessary – adjust
