Removal

Merge engine oil.

NOTE Observe utilization rules.

Disconnect a connecting tube to the compressor of a pneumatic suspension bracket on the air filter.

Remove the air filter assembled with an air flowmeter.

Turn off fixing nuts 2 on the right and left pillows of the engine.

Insert in a traverse of 10-222 A – the adapter 10-222 A/16 the high party directing for the running screw up.

Insert adapters 10-222 A/19 in a traverse of 10-222 A on the right and at the left. Establish to a traverse of 10-222 A on longerons.

Pick up the engine two earrings of 10-222 A/12 – to adapters 10-222 A/16 – and slightly to pull it.

Remove a stretcher.

Remove an arm of a support of the engine. Pillows of the engine to leave attached to an arm of a support of the engine.

Disconnect the 3-contact tip from the sensor of level and G266 engine oil temperature.

Turn off fastening of the oil pallet.

If necessary for office of the oil pallet, slightly strike on it with a rubber hammer.

Remove the hermetic remains on the block of cylinders by means of a flat shaber.

Remove the hermetic remains on the oil pallet by means of a rotating brush nozzle, for example a manual drill with a set of brushes nozzles with a plastic bristle (put on goggles) (fig. 2.256) .

Clear sealing surfaces – on them there should not be an oil and greasings.

Installation

Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (Openings about 3 mm).

NOTE Watch a hermetic expiration date. The oil pallet should be established during 5 минпосле drawings of silicone hermetic.

Put silicone A2 hermetic D 176 404, as is shown in drawing 2.257 , on a pure landing surface of the oil pallet.

The roller of hermetic should make: 2–3 mm at thickness

In places of openings under fixing bolts put hermetic from the inside – shooters.

NOTE The thickness of a plait of hermetic should not exceed above the specified value as superfluous hermetic can get to the oil pallet and litter the mesh filter of a maslozaborny branch pipe of the oil pump.

Put silicone A2 hermetic D 176 404 on a pure landing surface of the oil pallet, as is shown in drawing (fig. 2.258) .

At once establish the oil pallet and slightly tighten all bolts of fastening.

Tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet the moment of 12 N · m.

NOTE After installation of the oil pallet hermetic should dry approximately in 30 minutes. Only after that it is possible to fill in engine oil. Further installation and assembly is carried out in return to sequence removal.
