Characteristics of three-phase generators
Depending on option of the engine various types of three-phase generators are established.
In cars with 6-цил. the petrol engine and the TDI engine the three-phase generator has the following characteristics.
The drive of the generator is arranged by means of a poliklinovy belt.
The regulator of tension cannot be replaced separately. In case of failure generator replacement assembled is necessary.
Cooling of the generator occurs through cooling contour of the engine.
Models since 2005 of release
In cars with 8-цил. and 12-tsil. the engine with injection the generator has the following characteristics.
The drive of the generator is arranged by means of a poliklinovy belt.
The regulator of tension cannot be replaced separately. In case of failure generator replacement assembled is necessary.
Cooling of the generator occurs through cooling contour of the engine.
The drive of a shaft of the generator occurs via the elastic coupling which is connected with a pulley of a free wheeling through gear coupling. From the engine the plug enters into the elastic coupling.
In case of failure the regulator of tension can be replaced separately.
In cars with 10-tsil. the TDI engine the three-phase generator has the following characteristics.
The drive of a shaft of the generator occurs via the coupling which from the generator is connected to a pulley of a free wheeling screw connection. From the engine the plug enters into the coupling. This plug is connected with a gear wheel in engine management through a shaft.
Cooling of the generator occurs through cooling contour of the engine.
The regulator of tension cannot be replaced separately. In case of failure generator replacement assembled is necessary.
