Removal

Disconnect joint stock bank.

Separate shtekerny connection of a wire of DF 1 and remove a protective cap 2 (fig. 7.54) .

Turn off B wire + from the generator (fig. 7.55) .

ATTENTION Before removal mark the direction of movement and the top party of a poliklinovy belt with chalk or a marker. At installation observe correctness of the direction of movement and position of the parties of a belt. Change of the direction of movement or the parties of earlier maintained poliklinovy belt conducts to its damage.

Remove air lines over a radiator.

Twirl a basic bolt of M8х50 in a carving opening of a tension roller so that it was possible remove poliklinovy a belt (fig. 7.56) .

ATTENTION The case of a tension roller can be damaged. Having twirled a six-sided bolt too deeply in the case of a tension roller, it is possible to damage the case. Calculate depth of a twisting of the six-sided bolt, necessary only for removal of a poliklinovy belt.

Turn off fixing bolts of a tension roller (fig. 7.57) .

Remove a poliklinovy belt together with a tension roller.

Unscrew fixing bolts of M8х90 of the generator (fig. 7.58) .

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.

ATTENTION At installation of earlier maintained poliklinovy belt observe the direction of movement noted at removal. Check reliability of fastening of all units (the generator, the compressor of climatic installation, the krylchaty pump). When laying a belt observe the correct provision of a poliklinovy belt on pulleys. Check, whether the basic bolt of M8x50 from a tension roller is unscrewed.

Tighten connections with the ordered moment of an inhaling

Connect joint stock bank.

Get the engine and check a belt course.
