Procedure for test (cars with alphabetic references of the engine AYH, BKW)
Dismantle the fuel filter.

Cars with BLE and BWF engines
Remove a bypass cover with a radiator of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG.

Continuation of assembly operations for all cars
Remove the sensor of pressure of F1 oil and twist it in V.A.G 1342 manometer.

NOTE
When untwisting the sensor of pressure of oil in order to avoid tightness loss in the field of an oil pipeline hold a hollow bolt.

Manometer for measurement of pressure of oil twist in a hollow bolt instead of the sensor of pressure of oil.
Lay a brown wire of a manometer for measurement of pressure of oil to weight (–).
Connect the indicator of tension of a tester of tension of V.A.G 1527 B by means of auxiliary wires from a set of supportive measuring applications of V.A.G 1594 C to a positive conclusion of joint stock bank (+) and to the sensor of pressure of oil. The light-emitting diode of a tester should not light up.

Cars with alphabetic references of the engine AYH, BKW
Dismantle the fuel filter.

Cars with BLE and BWF engines
Establish a bypass cover with a radiator of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of OG.

Continuation of assembly operations for all cars
Get the engine and slowly increase turns.
At superfluous pressure 0,55–0,85 bar the light-emitting diode should light up, otherwise replace the sensor of pressure of F1 oil.
Increase engine turns. At 2000 mines –1 and temperature of oil of 80 °C superfluous pressure should be not less than 2,0 bar.
At bigger number of turns superfluous pressure of oil should be no more than 7,0 bar.
