Hoses топливоподачи in a motor compartment are authorized to be fixed only spring collars. Use of tightening collars and collars with carving fastening is not allowed.

For installation of spring collars it is recommended use pincers for spring collars of VAS of 5024 A or pincers of V.A.G 1921 (fig. 2.270) .
For maintenance of excellent job of electric components tension is required not less than 11,5 Century.
Do not use the hermetics containing silicone. The remains of the silicone which have been soaked up by the engine, do not burn through and damage a lambda probes.

Disconnect the pipeline from the air filter (fig. 2.273) as follows.
Accurately hook a green lock ring 1 screw-driver. Then press on a tightening ring 2 in the direction (fig. 2.273) .

After that disconnect the weakened highway In from a branch pipe And on the air filter (fig. 2.274) .

Security measures
With a view of safety before depressurization of a power supply system it is necessary to remove safety locks 13 and 14 from a block of safety locks as fuel pumps can be involved at operation of the contact switch of a driver's door.
Safety locks 13 and 14 are in the block of safety locks in the switching block, in the left part of a water taking away box.

Toplivoprovod is under pressure. Before depressurization of fuel system connect pumping-out VAS 5226 adaptation and to dump pressure.

In order to avoid receiving traumas and/or damage of system of injection and ignition it is necessary to observe the following requirements.
The detachment and connection of electric cables of system of injection and ignition, and also measuring devices is allowed only at the switched-off ignition.
Not to concern and not to disconnect a wire of a high voltage at the working engine and at starting frequency of rotation.
When using instrumentations during a trial trip it is necessary to observe the following rules.
Instrumentations should be strongly fixed on a back seat. In the same place there should be the second expert working with them.
If the expert working with instrumentations is on a forward passenger seat, at safety cushion operation it can be traumatized.
If the engine is supposed to be scrolled with starting frequency of rotation, without getting it, disconnect tips from coils of ignition 1. 6.

For this purpose hook the T10118 replacement tool for a clamp and accurately remove the tip (fig. 2.275) .
