Removal
Dismantle a sound-proof cover and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders of the corresponding head of the block.
Rotate a cranked shaft while pair of cams respectively established or dismantled the pump nozzles will not show evenly upward.
Turn off lock-nuts of adjusting screws 1 and to unscrew adjusting screws so while the corresponding yoke will not lay down on a pusher spring the pump nozzle.

Turn off fixing bolts of 2 axes of roller levers from external to internal by means of a face nozzle 3410 and remove the roller lever of a drive of valves (fig. 2.291) .
Turn off a fixing bolt of 3 pro-rates by means of a face nozzle of T10054 and take a pro-rate.
Disconnect the tip the pump nozzle by means of a screw-driver. Lyogko hold with a finger a reverse side of the tip to avoid a distortion.

Establish T10055 stripper on a pro-rate place in a lateral groove the pump nozzle (fig. 2.292) .
Carefully tapping, take the pump nozzle up from its nest on a head of the block of cylinders.

Installation
At any works connected with adjustment the pump nozzle, it is necessary to replace the adjusting screw in a yoke and the screw with a spherical head the pump nozzle.

NOTE
At installation new the pump nozzle it is necessary to replace the corresponding adjusting screw of a yoke.

New the pump nozzle are delivered complete with sealing rings and heat-shielding consolidation.
At installation old the pump nozzle it is necessary to replace consolidations of round section and heatinsulating consolidation.
Before installation the pump nozzle check correctness of landing of three sealing rings, heatinsulating consolidation and a lock ring.

NOTE
Sealing rings should not be overwound.

Grease sealing rings and very carefully establish the pump nozzle in a nest on a head of the block of cylinders.
Evenly pressing, insert the pump nozzle against the stop into a nest on a head of the block of cylinders.
Establish a pro-rate in a lateral groove the pump nozzle.

NOTE
If the pump nozzle costs not at right angle in relation to a pro-rate, the fixing bolt can be turned off that will lead to damages the pump nozzle or heads of the block of cylinders.

Establish the pump nozzle as follows.
Twist fixing bolts in a pro-rate while the pump nozzle it will be easily possible rotate.

Establish the T10210 template between a bed of the radical bearing and the pump nozzle (fig. 2.293) .
Rotate the pump nozzle by hand in the direction from a template.
In addition center, if it is necessary, the pump nozzle and tighten a fixing bolt as follows: 12 N · m + 3/4 obor. (270 °) (the additional inhaling can be carried out in some stages).
Establish a new axis of roller levers and tighten new fixing bolts as follows.
At first internal, then both external by hand. Then in the same sequence with the moment of 20 N · m + 1/4 about. (90 °).

Establish a micrometer on the adjusting screw the pump nozzle how it is represented in drawing 2.294 .
Rotate a cranked shaft in the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine while the roller of a yoke will not appear in the highest point.
The roller party, arrow A, is in the highest point.
The micrometer, arrow B, is in the lowest point.
Remove a micrometer.
Now wrap the adjusting screw, compressing a spring the pump nozzle, notable resistance (the pump nozzle it is twirled against the stop) will not be felt yet.

Unscrew the adjusting screw from situation «it is twirled against the stop» on 180 ° (fig. 2.295) .
Keep the adjusting screw in this position and tighten a lock-nut with the moment of 30 N · m.
Establish the tip the pump nozzle and establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and a sound-proof cover.
