Stretcher fixing

For performance of certain assembly operations removal of a stretcher or all forward suspension bracket is required. The initial provision of a stretcher concerning a body is possible fix by means of adaptations for T10300 fixing. The precondition for use of fixing adaptations are rezinometallichesky support with a round opening for a fixing bolt. At start of a mass production rezinometallichesky support with quadrangular openings were established, the provision of a stretcher with such support is not fixed. Directly ahead of lowering of a stretcher or all forward suspension bracket always to establish fixing adaptations. Upon termination of repair it is necessary execute a trial trip. If at rectilinear movement the wheel is not necessary directly, it is necessary execute RUUK.

Insert cores of 10-222 A/11 into loops of the shooter of an arm of the engine on the right and left parties (fig. 4.47) .

Insert wooden whetstone A in length about 300 mm into brackets of cores of 10-222 A/11 (fig. 4.48) .

Thus brackets should be directed back.

Tighten clips of cores, for this purpose wooden whetstones should lean on an arm of hinged units B.

Remove bolts 2 (fig. 4.49) .

In these two points, "by hand", twist adaptations for T10300 fixing before B marking (fig. 4.50) .

Now tighten fixing adaptations the moment of 30 N · m, thus hold a sleeve from a provorachivaniye a rozhkovy wrench.

Now the provision of a stretcher is fixed.

Removal of fixing T10300 adaptations is carried out in return sequence.

Inhaling moments

Stretcher to a body: 120 N · m +180 °.
