Removal

Remove the engine.

Separate the engine and a transmission.

Bring the engine into VMT. For this purpose grooves And and In should there is at one level (fig. 2.99) .

NOTE To turn the engine follows for the central bolt of the crankshaft. To turn the engine it is authorized only clockwise.

Unscrew a carving cap (fig. 2.100) .

NOTE For a carving cap, in the crankshaft, there is VMT opening (perceived by a hand).

Twist fixing bolt 3242 in the crankshaft (fig. 2.101) .

Weaken fixing bolts of a leading disk crosswise and unscrew them.

Remove a leading disk with a podkladny and compensatory washer.

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following:

Put on a compensatory washer 1 (thickness of 3,4 mm) a shatunny neck of the crankshaft.

Then establish a leading disk with a podkladny washer 2 (thickness of 1,5 mm) (fig. 2.102) .

Insert new fixing bolts and tighten them by hand.

Tighten bolts with the moment of an inhaling of 30 N · m + 1/4 turns (90 °) (the dotyazhka can be carried out in stages).

Unscrew fixing bolt 3242.

Twirl a carving cap with a new sealing ring. Inhaling moment: 35 N · m
