Removal

Bring the engine into VMT.

Remove a gear belt and a cam-shaft gear wheel, removal and installation of a gear belt, a tension.

Left head of the block of cylinders

Uncover GBTs.

Turn off fixing bolts 1 and 2 and Remove a back cover of a gear belt (fig. 2.126) .

Right head of the block of cylinders

Uncover GBTs.

Remove by-pass a roller 1.

Turn off fixing bolts (see fig. 2.127 ) and remove a back cover of a gear belt.

Disconnect the tip from the sensor of the Hall and remove the case together with a cap and a cone.

Check the provision VMT of cam-shafts. Marks in cam-shafts should coincide with both arrows on a bearing cover (fig. 2.128) .

At further use of an old roller chain of a drive of cam-shafts

Before removal mark a roller chain (fig. 2.129) (e.g. put with paint to the shooter specifying the direction of a course of a chain).

NOTE Do not put on a chain of marks by means of a center punch and do not leave notches.

Fix a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye by means of the holder for a natyazhitel of a chain 3366 (fig. 2.130) .

NOTE At too strong inhaling of a natyazhitel of a chain the regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye can be damaged.

Mark, as is shown in drawing, irrespective of put on covers of bearings of designation their assembly situation and sequence (e.g. a waterproof felt-tip pen).

Unscrew fixing bolts of a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye.

Uncover the bearing 1.

Remove covers of bearings 2, 4, 6, 8 and 9 and according to sequence of removal (fig. 2.131) .

Put them on a pure surface.

Turn off covers of bearings 3, 5 and 7 in turn a cross on a cross and remove them.

Take both cam-shafts with a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye and put them on a pure surface.

Installation

Replace a semicircular stopper.

Replace laying of a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye.

Slightly grease a vshity surface with AMV 188 001 02 hermetic (fig. 2.132) .

Put a roller chain on driving cogwheels of cam-shafts as follows.

At further use of an old roller chain of a drive of cam-shafts

Combine marks (fig. 2.129) .

When using a new chain of a drive of cam-shafts

The distance between grooves And and In should make 16 rollers of a chain. In drawing it is represented, in what places on cogwheels rollers 1 and 16 should be established. Rollers of a chain 1 and 16 are displaced opposite to grooves And and In everyone for 1/2 width of tooth to the left (fig. 2.133) .

Insert a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye between a roller chain of a drive of cam-shafts.

Enclose cam-shafts with the put-on roller chain and a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye in a head of the block of cylinders.

Grease flutes of cam-shafts with engine oil.

NOTE The driven plugs for covers of bearings and a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye should be inserted into GBTs.

Establish covers of bearings 3, 5 and 7 according to designation and Fasten new bolts, alternating a cross on a cross. Inhaling moment: 5 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 about. (90 °)

Fasten a regulator of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye 10. Inhaling moment: 5 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 about. (90 °)

Establish a natyazhitel of a chain.

Check the provision VMT of cam-shafts. Marks in cam-shafts should coincide with both arrows on a bearing cover (fig. 2.134) .

NOTE That marks coincided, if necessary turn a cam-shaft forward and back a little.

Slightly grease a double cover of bearings 6 and a bearing 1 cover with AMV 188 001 02 hermetic and Establish both covers. Inhaling moment: 5 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 about. (90 °)

Establish other covers of bearings. Inhaling moment: 5 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 about. (90 °)

Replace epiploons of cam-shafts.

Replace epiploons of sensors of the Hall.

Accurately press a cover an emphasis of the tightening plug 3202.

Further installation is carried out in return sequence.

NOTE After installation of cam-shafts the engine cannot be got within about 30 minutes of Gidrokompensatora to be осажены. (Otherwise there will be a contact of valves to pistons). After works on the klapanny mechanism scroll the engine by hand to be convinced that any valve does not adjoin to the piston.

Before installation put on joints of a lobby and a back cover of bearings a small amount of AMV 188 001 02 hermetic (fig. 2.135) .
