Removal

Remove wheels.

ATTENTION Disconnected stabilizers before the beginning of works are necessary for including. Otherwise inadvertent turning on of stabilizers can lead to a trauma.

Clamp submitting and drain hydroline clips for hoses.

Vypressuyte cross-section steering drafts from the case of the bearing of a nave of a wheel.

Turn off the left tip from steering draft.

Turn off the holder of pipelines of hydraulics 1.

Turn off pressure head and drain pipelines 2 from the steering mechanism (fig. 5.12) .

Turn the steering mechanism to the left against the stop.

If is available, remove the screen from the steering mechanism (2 bolts).

Unscrew a bolt of the kardanny hinge of the steering mechanism and take the hinge from the steering mechanism.

Turn off the heat-shielding screen 1 (fig. 5.13) .

Shift the steering mechanism to the right side of the car (fig. 5.14) .

Turn the left steering draft down.

After that take the steering mechanism in the direction to the left side of the car and down.

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.

Pump over steering system

Check steering system on tightness

Check level of oil of hydraulic system and if necessary to add

Execute base setup of the sensor of an angle of rotation of a steering wheel.

Inhaling moments

Pressure head and drain pipelines on the steering mechanism – 30 N · m.

The Kardanny hinge to the steering mechanism (use a new bolt) – 40 N · m + 90 °.

The screen on the steering mechanism (if is available) – 10 N · m.

The cross-section lever to the case of the wheel bearing (use a new nut) – 90 N · m.
