Removal

Remove the shumoizolyatsionny screen of the engine

Remove a connecting hose of a cooler of nadduvochny air

Remove the left podkrylok

Turn off a nut of a collar of the pipeline of the conditioner about a cooler of nadduvochny air 1 (fig. 5.22) .

Remove the case of the air filter

Remove a noise isolation 1 from the engine (fig. 5.23) .

Establish on the engine the holder of T10109 (fig. 5.24) .

Remove the compressor of the conditioner and to put aside.

Press soaking-up hose 1 by means of a clip for hoses 3094 (fig. 5.17) .

Unscrew a hollow bolt 2.

To close the pressure head pipeline polyethylene or etc.

Open a spring collar and remove soaking-up hose 1 from the krylchaty pump.

Establish support console for the engine of 10-222 A with adapters 10-222 A/3, 10-222 A/8 and 10-222 A/19 (fig. 5.26) .

Establish adapters 10-222 A/19 on longerons.

Watch to damaging the conditioner 1 pipeline at adapter installation.

Rotate adapters until they will not accept loading from the unit and the left support of the engine (fig. 5.27) will not be unloaded .

Adapters 10-222 A/8 serve only for capsizing prevention.

Disconnect the socket under an engine arm.

Turn off bolts of an arm of the engine and take an arm (fig. 5.28) .

Turn off bolts and take the krylchaty pump 1 of the block of cylinders (fig. 5.29) .

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.

Fill the krylchaty pump with oil for hydrosystems. Oil fill in through soaking-up branch pipe of the krylchaty pump.

Turn a nave by hand until oil does not leave on the pressure head party.

Establish the krylchaty pump.

Pump over steering system.

Check level of working liquid in the hydraulic. to system.

Check steering system on tightness.

Inhaling moments

The Krylchaty pump to the block of cylinders – 40 N · m + 90 °.

Hollow bolt to the krylchaty pump – 35 N · m.

Engine arm to the block of cylinders – 55 N · m.

Damper to an engine arm/support – 75 N · m.
