NOTE Adjustment of a loop of the lock occurs to a dovodchik by analogy.

Remove facing of the shelf of the lock.

Directing wedges and pins should be weakened

Release a lock loop, having weakened screws 1 (fig. 8.15) .

Move a lock loop back in the direction – shooters – and tighten bolts 1.

Close a door of a luggage compartment and check its adjustment.

Having weakened bolts 1, it is possible to move a lock loop in grooves.

After adjustment twirl bolts 1.

Inhaling moment: 25 N · m.

Adjust directing wedges and pins.

Adjustment of a directing wedge and directing pin

Before adjustment of directing wedges and pins it is necessary to adjust separately a door of a luggage compartment.

Tighten screws 1 and 5 only so that heads of screws slightly pressed directing wedge 6 and directing pin 2.

Adjustment of directing wedges and pins in grooves should be carried out without the use of force.

Before adjustment extend directing wedges 6 on a door of a luggage compartment 4 as far as it is possible.

Then for installation of wedges and pins in the correct situation close a door of a luggage compartment in easy pressing in the middle.

Open a door of a luggage compartment and tighten screws 1 and 5 with the moment of an inhaling of 6 N · m.
