The framework of hinged units consists of an assembly framework and a glass frame.

On a framework of hinged units the window regulator, the door lock and the loudspeaker is fixed.

The lock of a door can be removed only together with a framework of hinged units.

Removal

Remove facing of a forward door.

Removal of the case of the cylinder of the lock.

Take out a clip 1 of the door handle 2 (fig. 8.30) .

Unscrew bolts of 1 and 3 frames of glass.

Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Unscrew screws 2 of the door lock.

Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Unscrew bolts of 2 and 4 frames of glass (fig. 8.33) .

Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Unscrew screws from the door lock.

Inhaling moment: 20 N · m.

Disconnect the goffered casing 3 from a rack of A and disconnect tips.

Carry out a casing and tips through an opening to a door cavity.

Disconnect the tip 2 from the electric motor of a window regulator 2 and lead it through an opening in an assembly framework (fig. 8.34) .

Unscrew bolts.

Inhaling moment: 8 N · m.

Slightly delay a forward part of a framework of hinged units from the external panel of a door of a.

Pay attention, that cables did not stretch.

Pull a framework of hinged units towards door hinges from the external door panel b (fig. 8.35) .

Thus track, that the door lock was not hooked for the external panel of a door.

Drill both rivets 1.

Disconnect tips 3 and squeeze out rubber plugs 5 of a framework of hinged units (fig. 8.36) .

The corner holder is fixed to the door lock by means of a rivet 4 and a clamp.

NOTE The corner holder does not enter into a set of the door lock. At each removal its replacement is necessary.

Disconnect a flexible cable 1 from the door lock (fig. 8.37) .

Turn a nipple of a flexible cable on 90 ° and take out it from a loop.

Installation of the lock of a door is carried out in return sequence.

Installation

Pull the lever of a drive 1 in the direction.

Pull by means of a screw-driver the spring fixed on the door lock 2 in the direction of an arrow and suspend a lock rychazhok in a spring (fig. 8.38) .

NOTE Having suspended a rychazhok, you will fix the lock. Thus, it is possible to avoid probably "wrong" fixing of a flexible cable.

Insert a framework of hinged units into a door.

Insert a framework of hinged units from loops into the external panel of a door of a.

Thus track, that the door lock freely entered into a niche in the external panel of a door.

Press a framework of hinged units in a forward part to the external panel of a door of b (fig. 8.39) .

Acquire all bolts and tighten them. Inhaling moment: 8 N · m.

Pay attention, that the cable was carried out correctly between the external panel of a door and a glass frame.

NOTE At a cable zazhatiya between the external panel of a door and a glass frame it can be damaged that will result in malfunctions of the electric components which have been built in a doors.

Acquire all bolts and tighten them. Inhaling moment: 8 N · m.

Connect the tip 2 to the electric motor of a window regulator 1 (fig. 8.34) .

Check, whether all three elements of adjustment are completely twirled.

Acquire all four bolts – Shooters – glass frames.

Arrange a glass frame on height and an inclination it is exact according to car contours.

At first tighten the top bolt on the party of hinges.

After that it is necessary to tighten three other bolts in adjustment elements.

Further installation is carried out in return sequence.

In summary it is necessary to check operation of the door lock.
