Lift the hatch.

Shift the sun-protection screen back.

Release the goffered cover from the bottom level, beginning from a back part of the hatch.

Then release the goffered cover from the top level, beginning from a forward part of the hatch.

Pull the goffered cover from grooves back and remove its (fig. 8.44) .

Unscrew fixing screws (on three on each party) 4,5 N · m.

Remove the glass panel of the elevating and movable hatch, having lifted it up (fig. 8.45) .

NOTE At the removed glass panel to open the hatch in situation «geцffnet/it is open» it is forbidden, as the glass panel will not press water taking away fillet which because of it can get stuck.

Installation of the glass panel of the elevating and movable hatch

The panel should be established in a starting position (the panel of the hatch is closed)

Marking on the top part directing, behind, 1 should be on both parties between marks an on kulisny directing 2 (fig. 8.46) .

Kulisny directing 2 it should be fixed in a directing rail (by hand does not move).

If it not so, adjust a parallel course.

Insert the panel of the elevating and movable hatch from above and twirl screws (scenes / cover) (fig. 8.45) .

Do not tighten screws too strongly.

NOTE Tighten screws after panel adjustment on height with the moment of an inhaling of 4,5 N · m.

Adjustment of the glass panel of the elevating and movable hatch (adjustment on height)

The starting position of the elevating and movable hatch should be correct.

Lift the glass panel.

Shift the sun-protection screen back.

Release the goffered cover from the bottom level, beginning from a back part of the hatch (fig. 8.44) .

Then release the goffered cover from the top level, beginning from a forward part of the hatch.

Extend the goffered cover back from grooves and remove it.

Bring the glass panel into a starting position.

Execute adjustment of the glass panel of the hatch on height in front and behind according to drawings to avoid when driving extraneous noise.

Panel adjustment in front:

a= 0–1 mm are lower than the roof plane

Arrow – the movement direction

Panel adjustment behind:

b= 0–1 mm are higher than the roof plane

Arrow – the movement direction

Tighten screws of the glass panel with the moment of an inhaling of 4,5 N · m.
