Action principle

At the included ignition the elevating and movable hatch opens and closed by means of the rotary switch. The hatch leans back by pressing it and is closed, if it to pull in the opposite direction.

At the switched-off ignition the elevating and movable hatch can be opened and closed, the forward right door will not be open yet either driver's, or.

The marks designating a standard position of the glass panel of the hatch are put on the rotary switch.

Having opened the elevating and movable hatch, having turned the switch in situation 1, so-called comfortable situation, you protect yourselves from extraneous noise at fast driving which can appear at completely open hatch in position of the switch 2 (fig. 8.43) .

The elevating and movable hatch is equipped with the effort limiter when closing. If in a closing-time the hatch faces any obstacle, it will automatically open again.

In addition the hatch is equipped also with function of emergency closing. At emergence of problems with hatch closing, it can be closed compulsorily, having pressed the switch which Schiebedach geschlossen/hatch should be for this purpose in situation «it is closed».

However at emergency closing of the hatch the limiter of effort is disconnected.

The drive of the elevating and movable hatch is protected from an overheat by the temporary limiter. The protective mechanism turns on after approximately 2-minute continuous use of a drive of the hatch. After a cooling phase the protective mechanism is again disconnected.

In the absence of tension in an onboard network the elevating and movable hatch can be opened and closed a six-sided key. The six-sided key is on inside of facing of a plafond of internal lighting.
