Installation of a conducted disk

Establish a conducted disk, using a podkladny washer.

Establish new bolts and tighten with the moment of 30 N · m.

Check by means of a calliper distance between a conducted disk and the block of cylinders (fig. 2.167) . The set size A: 20,6 mm.

If the set size is not reached:

Remove a conducted disk and establish a compensatory washer between a conducted disk and cranked shaft. Again tighten bolts with the moment of 30 N · m.

Tighten bolts with the moment of 50 N · m and to make 1/4 more turns (90 °), the dovorachivaniye can be carried out in some stages.
