ATTENTION
Connection of a head of the block and the aluminum block of cylinders with a stage of support of a cranked shaft is carried out by anchor bolts. Both heads of the block of cylinders are necessary to replace. When easing and untwisting bolts of a head of the block of cylinders there is a buckling of the block of cylinders.

NOTE
Here components of the first row of cylinders are represented. In mirror display they correspond to components of the second row of cylinders.

Removal
Dismantle the engine and a transmission.
Remove a sound-proof cover and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders from block heads.
Dismantle the fuel pump and the pump of tandemny type from heads of the block of the cylinder.
Establish a cranked shaft in the provision of a dead point of the first cylinder check gazoraspredeleniye phases.
Dismantle leading gear wheels of camshafts.
Unscrew fixing bolts between a cover of the distributive mechanism and a head of the block of the first and second row of cylinders.

Bolts of a head of the block of cylinders weaken and unscrew in the set sequence ( (fig. 2.202) shows in the movement direction).
By means of the assistant carefully remove heads of the block of cylinders.

NOTE
Messages of a head of the block of cylinders should be avoided damages very accurately.
Enclose in cylinders pure rags that between mirrors of cylinders and pistons dirt and the sandpaper remains did not get.
Check, that dirt and the sandpaper remains also did not get to cooling liquid.
Accurately clear landing surfaces of a head of the block and the block of cylinders. Thus should not remain long scratches and задиров (when using emery paper its granularity should be not less than 100).

Installation
Before installation of heads of the block of cylinders establish a cranked shaft in the provision of a dead point of the first cylinder.

NOTE
Always replace bolts of a head of the block of cylinders.
New laying of a head of the block of cylinders follows take out from packing directly ahead of installation.
Establish laying of a head of the block of cylinders with an identical index of "Dicke/thickness" of the removed laying.
With laying follows address very carefully. Damages of a silicone layer and gofrovy connections conduct to tightness loss.

Rotate a cranked shaft against the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine until all pistons will evenly not stand in situation below a dead point.
Establish sealing laying of a head of the block of cylinders.

Establish a head of the block of cylinders, considering a position of a compensatory slip (fig. 2.203) , bolts of a head of the block of cylinders with washers establish and twirl by hand.

ATTENTION
All bolts of a head of the block of cylinders, except (on sequence of an inhaling) number 1, 2, 17 and 19 should be equipped with washers with a groove.

Heads of the block of cylinders tighten in four stages in the specified sequence of an inhaling ( (fig. 2.204) shows the movement direction).
1–Tighten a dinamometrichesky key:
– stage 1 = 30 N · m;
– stage 2 = 60 N · m.
2–Further rotate a usual key:
– a stage 3 = to tighten on 1/2 turns (180 °);
– a stage 4 = to tighten on 1/2 turns (180 °).
Establish leading gear wheels of camshafts.
Adjust gazoraspredeleniye phases.
