NOTE
Dismantle of a balansirny shaft is possible only if the module of the distributing mechanism previously was removed.

ATTENTION
The top part of a stage of support of the engine is connected to the block of cylinders means of two bolts М8 with an internal shestigrannik which are between heads of the block of cylinders. These connections by no means cannot be untwisted, as as a result there is a deformation of the block of cylinders not giving in to repair.

NOTE
For carrying out installation works the engine is necessary for fixing by means of a clamp for the engine and VAS 6095 transmission.

Establish the tightening T10201 adaptation on the lower part of a stage of support of a cranked shaft how it is shown in drawing 2.170 .
Tighten bolts of the tightening T10201 adaptation with the moment of 20 N · m.
Remove the lower part of a stage of support of the engine.

Installation
Establish the tightening T10201 adaptation on the lower part of a stage of support of a cranked shaft and tighten bolts with the moment of 20 N · m.
Watch that all loose leaves of support were correctly established in basic arms.
Pay attention to adjusting washers.
Carefully establish the lower part of a stage of support of a cranked shaft in the block of cylinders.

Tighten the main bolts of a support in three stages in the specified sequence (fig. 2.171) shows the movement direction).
1–Tighten a dinamometrichesky key:
– stage 1 = 35 N · m;
– stage 2 = 65 N · m.
2–Further rotate a usual key:
– a stage III = to tighten on 1/2 turns (180 °).
