Check of brake system is carried out at the adjustable test bench for brakes with antirotating rollers.
Antirotating rollers of the stand for check of brakes rotate on one party forward, and on other party back.
Frequency of rotation of adjustable rollers can be adjusted in such a manner that during check of brakes they will rotate with identical speed.
Thereby transfer of brake efforts to transmission is prevented.
At check there are measurements on a wheel which rotates forward therefore 2 checks of brakes are necessary for each axis.
At check it is not allowed to exceed speed of 6 km/h.

Tightness check under pressure
The brake system, its working capacity and tightness (the hydraulic block, brake hoses, brake pipelines and brake supports) should be as it should be
Unscrew the flowing union on one of forward brake supports. Connect a tester of brake system V.A.G 1310 A and make pumping.
Create pressure upon brake pedals that the manometer showed superfluous pressure the 50th bar. During check during 45 about pressure drop should make no more the 4th bar. At bigger pressure drop replace the main brake cylinder.
