The assistant is necessary for performance of this work.

Strongly press and do not release a brake pedal.

Open the flowing union of a brake support.

Press a brake pedal against the stop.

Close the union, without releasing the pedal of a brake pressed against the stop.

Slowly release a brake pedal.

This process of pumping should be repeated 5 times for each brake support.
