NOTE Pumping of brake systems of the cars equipped with ABS, is carried out as well as at cars without this system. New brake DOT 4 liquid is used. Original brake VW/Audi liquid corresponds to this specification. Brake liquid is poisonous. Hit of brake liquid on a paint and varnish covering as it will lead to its damage is not allowed. Brake liquid is hygroscopic – draws moisture from air. Storage of brake liquid is allowed only in the closed capacities. At detection of drops of brake liquid – wash away a large amount of water. For pumping of the hydraulic block it is necessary to create pressure not less the 2nd bar.

NOTE If in one of chambers of a compensatory tank there is no brake liquid (for example, because of a leakage of the corresponding contour), it is necessary to carry out preliminary pumping of brake system at first.

Preliminary pumping

On brake supports of Brembo there are two flowing unions. Make pumping always on two flowing unions.

At first pump over on the external flowing union.

Connect the device for filling and pumping of brake system VAS 5234 or V.A.G 1869.

At the same time pump over lobbies the right and left supports

At the same time pump over back left and right brake supports

Flowing unions with the attached hoses of capacity for pumping should remain open until liquid without vials will start to follow.

Then, using function «Grundeinstellung/Base control» once again pump over the hydraulic block by means of VAS 5051 tester.

Involve a mode of base control (for pumping of brake system).

Then it is necessary to pump over brake system once again.

After pumping of brake system it is necessary to make base setup of the sensor of pressure in brake system.
