Installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary to consider the following.

If necessary use the driven plugs for a centering of a transfer case and a transmission.

Always replace a ring of round section of consolidation of a distributing box/transmission, previously having slightly greased it.

Grease gear gearing of a power shaft and gear gearing of a power shaft of a transmission by plastic greasing for teeths of the conducted disk G 000 100 (fig. 3.100) .

Transfer case arrange near a transmission, thus gear gearing of a driving shaft / a transfer case combine with gear gearing entrance shaft/transmissions on the center.

At true gearing and coincidence directing the transfer case will rest against the transmission limiter.

Do not fasten a transfer case to a transmission fixing bolts, differently it will not rise into place.

Establish the forward driveshaft.

If is available, establish a damper And on a transfer case and tighten bolts In (fig. 3.95) .

The inscription of "Top" should indicate up.

Establish the back driveshaft.

At existence – establish protection of the bottom under a transfer case.

Check level of transmission oil in a transfer case

Establish system of release of OG.

Inhaling moments

Transfer case to a transmission: 45 N · m.

Damper to a transfer case: 32 N · m.
