If the new electric motor of a transfer case is established, to observe the following.
Operating element of a transfer case of E473 at the switched-off ignition will turn in the situation "LOW/LOW".
The operating element of a transfer case of E473 is in the situation "LOW/LOW".
The shaft with interrupted gear sector 1 should be in situation A.

a= apprx. 10 ° (fig. 3.125) .
If it is necessary – put a shaft with an interrupted number of teeths 1 on the electric motor of a transfer case how it is represented in drawing 3.125 (for example by means of a screw-driver).
The operating element of a transfer case – E473 – is not in the situation "LOW/LOW"
The shaft with interrupted gear sector 1 should be in situation A.

a= apprx. 60 ° (fig. 3.126) .
If it is necessary – put a shaft with an interrupted number of teeths 1 on the electric motor of a transfer case how it is represented in drawing 3.126 (for example by means of a screw-driver).
Watch that at the electric motor of a transfer case the sealing ring adjoined in the flute basis for consolidation of a transfer case.
Establish the electric motor of a transfer case on adjusting plugs 2 of a transfer case.
Thus watch that an interrupted number of teeths of the electric motor of a transfer case and a shaft of management of switching of transfers / a transfer case coincided.

Twist and tighten bolts of the electric motor of a transfer case (fig. 3.124) .
Establish the holder of D.

Connect shtekerny connections And, In and About (fig. 3.123) .
At existence – establish the screen over the electric motor of a transfer case.
Check level of transmission oil in a transfer case.
Inhaling moment:
– the electric motor of a transfer case to a transfer case – 27 N · m;
– the holder to a transfer case – 14 N · m.
