Previously pull the indicator of hour type for tires approximately on 2 mm.

Put the indicator to боковине tires (fig. 4.15) .

Slowly scroll a wheel.

Write down the minimum and maximum deviation of an arrow.

NOTE If the difference is considered more than 1,3 mm, lateral palpation exceeded. In this case it is possible to reduce it by means of minimization. Because of small roughnesses on rubber it is not necessary to consider deviations of an arrow of the indicator.

Put the indicator to a tire protector.

Slowly scroll a wheel.

Write down the minimum and maximum deviation of an arrow.

NOTE If the difference is considered more than 1 mm, radial palpation exceeded. In this case it is possible to reduce it by means of minimization

Check of radial and lateral palpation of a wheel

Establish a wheel on the balancing stand.

Use the tsangovy being self-unclenched adapter for balancing VAS 5271 stands.

Previously pull the indicator of hour type for tires approximately on 2 mm.

Slowly scroll a wheel.

Write down the minimum and maximum deviation of an arrow.

Compare the received value to nominal parameters in table 4.4.

NOTE Because of small roughnesses on rubber it is not necessary to consider deviations of an arrow of the indicator.

NOTE If the measured value exceeds nominal, it will not be possible to reach normal smoothness of a course.
