Before minimization of montirovanny wheels on the car, it is necessary to carry out a trip to warm up tires. At the expense of it it is possible to eliminate flattening at existence.

Order of performance of minimization
Lower the tire.
Wring out tire boards from onboard закраин rims.
Grease tire boards with shinomontazhny paste on all circle.
Turn the tire on 180 ° concerning a disk.
Pump up the tire approximately to the 4th bar.
Establish a wheel with the tire on the balancing stand.
Check accuracy of rotation on existence of radial and lateral palpation.

NOTE
If the nominal rate of radial and lateral palpation is not exceeded, the wheel is possible отбалансируйте to 0 grams.
If radial and/or lateral palpation falls outside the limits the admission, the tire should be turned once again.

Lower the tire and wring out tire boards from onboard закраин rims.
Turn the tire on 90 ° concerning a disk (a turn quarter).
Again pump up the tire to the 4th bar and check accuracy of rotation of a wheel.

NOTE
If the nominal rate of radial and lateral palpation is not exceeded, the wheel is possible отбалансируйте to 0 grams.
If radial and/or lateral palpation still falls outside the limits the admission, the tire should be turned once again.

Again wring out the tire from onboard закраин rims as it is described above.
Turn the tire on 180 ° concerning a disk (half of turn).
If radial and/or lateral palpation still is more than norm, check a disk on palpation.
If the measured values of radial and lateral palpation of a disk lie within the admission, the tire has an inadmissible palpation. In this case it is necessary to replace the tire.

NOTE
Because of tire installation between it and onboard закраинами rims there is a shinomontazhny paste.
Therefore on the first 100–200 кмследует to avoid sharp braking and accelerations. Otherwise the tire can be turned on a disk, and the done work should be carried out anew.
