Execute the following check under the specified conditions.
The car should be cold, its moving at check is not allowed
Air temperature indoors should be 10–30 °C, thus difference of temperatures should be minimum.
The car should stand on the equal basis.
Get the engine.
By means of the forward block of indication and management of J523 establish high level of a body, and then normal.
Switch off the engine.
Remove the tip from the control unit of system of regulation of a road clearance of J197 to exclude regulation possibility.
Measure car height at all four wheels (fig. 4.38) .
In 2 h again measure height and compare the size a to result of the first measurement.
If the car costs roughly, it means that there is a leakage of air in a suspension bracket of that wheel where the maximum difference between the first and second measurement is observed.
By means of a usual aerosol for search of leak check the corresponding pneumatic element and an air pipe in the following sequence.
If in 2 h to establish a difference it is not possible, repeat check in 24 h. In 24 h the difference to 4 mm is allowed.
– air pipe connections;
– gate of residual pressure;
– forward pneumoelements (without dismantle), back pneumoelements (with demontazhy).
At faulty shock-absorbers oil from them can get to pneumatic system. For irreproachable work of pneumatic system after elimination of malfunction it it is necessary to clear or replace other components.
Turn off the corresponding air pipe from a pneumatic element and the block of magnetic valves.
Blow the pipeline several times compressed air, for this purpose submit the compressed air through the end of the pipeline which joins the block of magnetic valves.
Check, whether oil from the shock-absorber got to the block of magnetic valves.
If amortizatorny oil got to the block of magnetic valves, it is necessary to replace the block.
Check an internal air pipe between the compressor and the block of valves.
If oil got to an internal air pipe, it is necessary to replace the compressor.
