Removal

Remove the right covering of the bottom.

Separate soaking-up pipeline 1 at the coupling (fig. 4.40) .

Disconnect electric connections 1 both 2 between the compressor and a body.

Turn off an air pipe 1 from the block of electromagnetic valves (fig. 4.42) . Disconnect the pipeline at the coupling 7.

ATTENTION To remove air pipes with 2 on 6 it is not authorized.

Take air pipes from the holder on the bottom.

Remove nuts of A of the compressor.

Unscrew B bolts after that the assistant should fix the compressor with the holder (fig. 4.43) .

The compressor with the holder lower ahead so that the compressor 1 it was possible to take (fig. 4.44) .

ATTENTION Watch that the block of electromagnetic valves 2 was removed from the bottom as little as possible. Besides, it is not carried too far at all or extension of air pipes.

Installation

Installation is carried out in return sequence.

Inhaling moments

Air pipes to the block of magnetic valves: 4 N · m.

The holder to a body: 20 N · m.

The compressor to the holder: 6 N · m.
