Remove a conducted disk. For this purpose fix a damper of krutilny fluctuations by means of a key for T10069 fixing (fig. 2.42) .

Weaken fixing bolts of a conducted disk cross-wise and unscrew them.

Remove a conducted disk.

Installation

Fasten a leading disk to the crankshaft not less, than three old fixing bolts, having tightened them on 30 N · m.

Measure the size a by a depth gage (fig. 2.43) . Preset value: 21,0–23,0 mm

If the actual value is lower nominal once again dismantle a conducted disk and use the corresponding compensatory washer 1 (fig. 2.44) .

NOTE For alignment it is authorized to use a compensatory washer of only the corresponding thickness.

If the actual value equally nominal insert new fixing bolts and tighten them by hand.

Tighten a fixing bolt with the moment of an inhaling of 60 N · m + to tighten on 1/4 turns (90 °) (the dotyazhka can be carried out in stages).
