Removal and installation of cam-shafts it is possible only at the removed engine and a head of the block of cylinders.

Works order
Priveditekolenval by means of a fixing bolt of a damper of krutilny fluctuations in the direction of rotation of the engine to VMT mark цил. 1.
Remove an inlet collector and a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Remove the thermostat case.
Remove a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM.
Unscrew a cover of cam-shafts.

Before removal mark the direction of a course of roller chains (e.g. to put with paint to the shooter specifying the direction of a course of a chain) (fig. 2.72) .

NOTE
Do not put a notch with a center punch or similar the tool.

At first remove the coupling of shift of a final cam-shaft.
To hold a cam-shaft in the fixed situation follows only by means of a vilochny key 32. At an inhaling or untwisting of phase shifters the ruler for cam-shafts of T10068 A should not be enclosed in flutes.
Remove the coupling of shift of a cam-shaft together with a roller chain of a drive of GRM from an inlet shaft.
Put a chain of a drive of GRM aside, having put it sideways.

Unscrew the regulator case from a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.73) .
Accurately uncover the distributive mechanism manzhetny consolidations of cam-shafts.

Inlet cam-shaft
Remove at first covers of bearings 1 and 13.
Then remove covers of bearings 3 and 11.
Uncover the bearing 7.

Weaken and remove covers of bearings 5 and 9, alternating cross-wise (fig. 3.74) .

Final cam-shaft
Remove at first covers of bearings 2 and 14.
Then remove covers of bearings 4 and 12.
Uncover the bearing 8.

Weaken and remove covers of support 6 and 10, alternating cross-wise (fig. 2.74) .
Accurately take cam-shafts and put them on a pure lining.
Take roller levers together with support and postpone them for a pure lining.
It is forbidden to interchange the position of roller levers and basic elements.
