At installation of cam-shafts cams for the first cylinder should look up.

Before installation grease adjacent surfaces of covers of bearings 7 and 8 with a small amount of konsistentny A2 G 052 723 greasing (fig. 2.75) .
Insert basic elements into a head of the block of cylinders and establish the corresponding roller levers for the ends of cores of valves and the support.

Be convinced that all roller levers 1 are correctly enclosed by the ends of cores of valves and заклипсованы in the corresponding basic element 2 (fig. 2.76) .
Grease a working surface of cam-shafts with engine oil.
Accurately enclose the corresponding cam-shaft in bearings of a cam-shaft of a head of the block of cylinders. Thus check marking of cam-shafts.

NOTE
Observe the assembly provision of covers of bearings.

Myski of covers of bearings A of inlet and final cam-shafts specify outside.

Marking of covers of bearings is visible from an inlet cam-shaft (fig. 2.77) .

Inlet cam-shaft
Fasten covers of bearings 5 and 9, alternating cross-wise, and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m + tighten on 1/8 turns. (45 °).
Establish covers of bearings 1 and 13 and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).
Establish a cover of the bearing 7 and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).
Establish covers of bearings 3 and 11 and also tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).

Final cam-shaft
Fasten covers of bearings 6 and 10, alternating cross-wise, and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m + tighten on 1/8 turns. (45 °).
Establish covers of bearings 2 and 14 and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).
Establish a cover of the bearing 8 and tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).
Establish covers of bearings 4 and 12 and also tighten with the moment of an inhaling of 5 N · m and 1/8 turns (45 °).

Continuation for both cam-shafts
Bring cam-shafts into GBTs in situation VMT цил. 1.
The ruler for cam-shafts of T10068 A should enter in both flutes.
Before installation check the mesh filter of a cover of the distributive mechanism on existence of pollution.
Before installation of a cover of the distributive mechanism slightly grease with engine oil adjacent surfaces of epiploons of cam-shafts in a cover of the distributive mechanism.
Slightly grease adjacent surfaces of manzhetny consolidations on cam-shafts and slowly put on a cover of the distributive mechanism manzhetny consolidations of cam-shafts.
Establish a cover of the distributive mechanism (fig. 2.77) and tighten bolts the moment of 8 N · m.

Adjustment of phases of a gazoraspredeleniye
Clear 3-millimetric openings in laying of a head of the block of cylinders of the remains of old hermetic.

NOTE
At the established head of the block of cylinders of an opening in laying of GBTs are visible only half.

Fill 3 mm of an opening in GBTs laying by AMV 174 004 01 hermetic, and in these points put hermetic slightly more.

NOTE
AMV 174 004 01 hermetic quickly hardens.

Grease a sealing ring of the oil channel with engine oil and insert it into a lateral cover together with an epiploon.
Grease a landing surface on a lateral cover with AMV 176 501 hermetic and at once establish it.
At first insert all fixing bolts and slightly tighten them.
Then tighten bolts М8 on 23 N · m, then bolts М6 with the moment of 8 N · m.
Establish a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM and tighten fastening bolts with the moment of an inhaling of 40 N · m.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector.

Dismantling and assembly of a cover of the distributive mechanism
Check the mesh filter in a cover of the distributive mechanism on existence of pollution.
