Grease a nave of the hydrotransformer and an edge of a sealing ring of the hydrotransformer with ATF drop (no more).

Insert the hydrotransformer against the stop into a transmission.

Rotate the hydrotransformer and thus press it with small effort to a transmission.

The hydrotransformer noticeably will slip further in a transmission when the flute of a nave of the hydrotransformer will enter inside into gearing of a driving wheel of the pump.

At hydrotransformer installation the external edge of a sealing ring can be unbent "inside".

Therefore again take the hydrotransformer from a transmission on 5 mm.

Thereby the sealing edge will occupy the correct situation (fig. 3.6) .

Then insert the hydrotransformer against the stop into a transmission.

The hydrotransformer is established correctly if the transmission without the appendix of efforts can be put to an engine flange.

If it not so, it is necessary to check hydrotransformer installation.

ATTENTION At incorrectly established hydrotransformer the engine and a transmission should be screwed together with the appendix of considerable efforts that causes emergence of defects in a transmission and the hydrotransformer.

After installation of a transmission check level of ATF and add oil.
